Opatija Apartments

In this project the focus was on simple and reliable control of the apartment's key functions, with a system that is intuitive to use and suited to frequent changes of users.

Lighting (on/off, phase cut and DALI) enables flexible control and adaptation of the space, while underfloor heating ensures stable comfort throughout the year. The access control system further simplifies the management of entries and guest stays.

All functions are brought together through the Zennio KNX system, including visualization, switches, thermostats and actuator equipment, achieving reliable automation, easy operation and long-term system stability.
