Private Villa Istra
In this villa the emphasis was on simple control of the everyday functions of the space, with a system that provides a comfortable stay without constant adjustments. Lighting, heating, cooling and shading work in harmony, following the rhythm of how the space is used.
On/off and phase cut lighting allow the atmosphere to be adjusted, while motorized curtains, underfloor heating and a VRF air conditioning system ensure stable comfort in all conditions. The access control system additionally increases the security of the building.
All functions are brought together through the Control4 system, with EAE KNX switches and thermostats and Zennio actuator equipment. Integration of the Panasonic VRF system via a CoolAutomation gateway enables precise climate control and reliable operation of the entire system.
