Private Villa Opatija
In this villa we integrated all the key systems into a single, simple and reliable control setup: lighting, heating and cooling, shading, ventilation, security and audio. The result is a space that responds to the everyday habits of its users, without the need for constant adjustment.
Lighting (DALI and on/off), motorized blinds, curtains and windows, as well as underfloor heating and a Daikin VRF cooling system, are connected into a single operating logic. The ventilation system further contributes to a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
Video surveillance based on the Hikvision system is integrated into the central interface, while multiroom audio with Triad equipment enables simple control of music throughout the space. Control4 was used for management, together with Gira switches and EAE and Schneider KNX components.
