Private Villa Opatija II
In this project the focus was on simple operation and a high level of security, with fully integrated systems that work as a single whole. Lighting, shading, ventilation, audio and security systems are connected into a single interface, both on site and remotely.
On/off and DALI lighting and motorized blinds adapt to everyday usage scenarios, while ventilation and multiroom audio contribute to a pleasant atmosphere throughout the villa.
The security segment includes integrated Hikvision video surveillance, an Ajax intruder alarm system and access control. A stable and reliable network is provided by the UniFi Wi-Fi system, and all systems are brought together through the Control4 platform with EAE KNX components and Triad audio equipment.
