Private Villa Rab
The project focuses on complete control of comfort, multimedia and security, with a system that brings all the home's functions together into one intuitive interface. Lighting, heating, cooling, audio, video and security work in sync.
On/off and phase cut lighting enable precise adjustment of the atmosphere, while underfloor heating and a Mitsubishi VRF system ensure a stable temperature throughout the year. Multiroom audio and video distribution make it easy to manage content across several rooms.
The security systems include Hikvision video surveillance and access control, while UniFi Wi-Fi and Pakedge network equipment ensure stable connectivity. The entire system is integrated through the Control4 platform, with Gira and Zennio KNX components and a CoolAutomation VRF gateway.
